Return Process

  Log into your SeneGence account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship to SeneGence

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a product credit within 7-10 business days.
